Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 4+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 7+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management) Master's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 8+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field AND 12+ years experience in human resources or related processes (e.g., hiring, performance management) OR equivalent experience. Experience influencing senior executives and leading through ambiguity in fast-paced, continually evolving environments. Experience partnering with technical, product, engineering, or AI-focused organizations. Experience coaching leaders and leadership teams on talent, performance, team effectiveness, and organizational health.
