You are managing and writing proposals, developing winning strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing proposal strategies that drive business growth and win new partnerships


• Managing and writing high-quality proposals, including researching, outlining, drafting, and editing content


• Collaborating with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are accurate, complete, and compelling


• Analyzing and improving proposal win rates, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process enhancements


• Leading and mentoring a team of proposal writers and managers, providing guidance and support to ensure success


• Coordinating with sales and business development teams to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, including classification algorithms and procurement processes. You are working closely with the sales and business development teams, reporting to senior leadership, and contributing to the development of the proposal management and writing function. Your technical skills include proficiency in project management tools, excellent writing and communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You are fluent in German or Italian, with a strong understanding of the EMEA market and its procurement processes.
