You are responsible for managing employee relations cases, developing compliance strategies, and implementing HR systems to drive business outcomes. Key responsibilities include:

• Managing complex employee relations cases, providing guidance and support to stakeholders


• Developing and implementing compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee transition programs


• Providing expert advice on HR systems, processes, and policies to drive business efficiency


• Analyzing trends and metrics to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements in employee relations and transitions


• Identifying and escalating potential risks, developing strategic solutions to mitigate them


• Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, including employees, managers, and HR teams. As a Senior Lifecycle Specialist, you are utilizing your technical expertise in HR systems, escalation, compliance, and employee relations, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, to drive success in this role.
