Senior Manager, Accounting Operations

Join the power movement as Senior Manager, Accounting Operations Our Accounting team is looking for a transformational leader to own and optimize our operational accounting functions. This person must have a broad knowledge of accounting and experience in developing and scaling a talented team. The Senior Manager, Accounting Operations acts as a connector between our Accounting function and adjacent teams including Payroll, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, etc. We are looking for someone who is anticipatory and able to look five steps ahead in the process to see how accounting decisions affect everything part of our organization. The role is structural in nature: it creates one clear owner for work that is currently fragmented across staff, consultants, and senior accounting leadership, reducing operational bottlenecks and helping the Accounting organization scale as CFS grows.You will lead us through optimization efforts to develop and implement best practices and effective systems as w
