Senior Manager, Consumer Operations

Lead functional projects and programs to optimize operational processes. Identify issues and recommend best practices for process improvements. Partner with various departments to understand business trends. Drive business or process improvements within the function. Provide oversight and support for planning and management of financial, budget, and headcount targets. Act as a point of contact or liaison between business leadership, staff, and other key partners. Promote transparent reporting and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making by defining key metrics and evaluating progress. Act as the primary Ops partner and Program Manager to the P2P Product Leader and team Drive alignment of priorities, planning inputs, and execution visibility, including KPIs and OKRs Support key processes related to PCR, PDLC, and similar governance touchpoints Coordinate operational activities within aligned teams, serving as liaison between Consumer Operations and P2P team Support team-specific needs (e.g., offsites, communications, ad hoc requests) Own financial operations and vendor management for the aligned business Drive executive storytelling and reporting for the P2P business 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5+ years in program/project management, business operations, or a similar role, ideally supporting a product or commercial team Strong organizational and stakeholder-management skills; comfortable coordinating across multiple SMEs and workstreams Experience with KPI/OKR frameworks and business performance reporting Familiarity with product or change-management processes (e.g., PCR, PDLC) a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling Proficiency with planning, reporting, and presentation tools (e.g., Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
