Senior Manager, Internal Employee Communications

We're looking for a Sr. Manager, Internal Employee Communications to lead internal, employee-facing communications for our growing organization. You'll partner closely with HR, Operations, Brand, and executive stakeholders — as well as our Field Director of Operations and Communications, who owns studio-facing communications and execution — to make sure every employee understands what's happening across the business and why it matters to them. This role is ideal for a communicator who knows how to translate strategy into clear, motivating messages, and who understands the mechanics of activation: getting the right message to the right audience, through the right channel, at the right time — not just writing and sending.
