The Senior Manager, Public Relations leads the company's earned media strategy and builds its visibility across press, industry conversations, and executive thought leadership platforms. The role also leads GoodLeap's media relations and serves as the primary day-to-day contact for journalists and earned media opportunities—owning journalist relationships, executive visibility, press opportunities, awards, speaking engagements, and reputation management. The Senior PR Manager will help define how GoodLeap shows up in the market, identifying the stories that differentiate the company and translating business priorities into compelling narratives that influence customers, partners, policymakers, and the broader industry.
