The Senior Manager of Quality is managing and executing quality activities, including developing and implementing quality plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Developing and implementing quality strategies and plans to ensure product reliability and safety

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, to identify and mitigate quality risks

  • Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Analyzing data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions as needed

  • Partnering with Program Management to develop and manage quality budgets and schedules

  • Leading and mentoring a team of quality professionals, providing guidance and oversight to ensure successful execution of quality activities

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying knowledge of artificial intelligence, reliability engineering, and risk management to drive quality excellence.
