Senior Manager, Revenue Generation Marketing

As Senior Manager, Revenue Generation Marketing, you will lead PDI’s revenue and demand generation programs — directly owning paid media, ABM, lead management, and the demand/revenue engine — developing and executing strategies that convert top-of-funnel interest into qualified pipeline and revenue growth. You are accountable for full-funnel performance and pipeline and revenue outcomes overall, ensuring programs ladder effectively into demand. You will be responsible for evolving and optimizing the revenue generation engine, bringing a data-driven approach to audience targeting, campaign strategy, lead management, measurement, and conversion. Leading a team of marketing professionals, you will work cross-functionally to connect marketing programs to commercial priorities, continuously improve performance, and build scalable practices that strengthen marketing’s contribution to pipeline and revenue
