Job Description

Planning & Prioritization Support annual, quarterly, monthly, and Tier 1 event planning cycles. Maintain planning inputs, roadmap views, and stakeholder-facing planning materials. Help organize priorities across B2B, B2C, partner, product, regional, and executive needs. Document decisions, tradeoffs, and implications so the team can move from reactive intake to proactive programming. Support the B2B and B2C strategy leads with channel strategy/plans, audience playbooks, and campaign/event strategies. Prepare materials for strategy reviews, editorial council discussions, and planning checkpoints. Support coordination of planning sessions with regional social teams and identify opportunities for localization. Ensure regional teams have visibility into upcoming events, campaign priorities, channel best practices, platform shifts, and key learnings. OR Associate's degree and 4+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. OR High School Diploma or equivalent and 6+ years of Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related work experience. Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master's = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration/Management, Communications, or related field. A strong planner who can organize ambiguity and turn scattered inputs into clear priorities. Comfortable with data, insights, and pattern recognition, but able to translate findings into practical recommendations rather than reports for reporting's sake. Strong written communication skills; able to draft planning materials, recaps, briefs, and decision documents that leadership and cross-functional partners can quickly understand. Collaborative and organized enough to work across Strategy, Content, Operations, regional teams, Comms, Product Marketing, and partner groups. Interested in social platforms and culture, but grounded in business priorities and brand strategy. Anticipates roadblocks and proactively works across teams to identify solutions and keep work moving. Eager to continually deepen their understanding of our technologies and translate their benefits into clear, audience-relevant ways.
