Senior Network Engineer

You will: Own the design, deployment, and lifecycle management of Waabi's multi-site network (switching, routing, wireless, firewall) across all locations. Lead ISP/bandwidth planning, ensuring redundant, appropriately sized throughput for all sites. Manage network incident response and root-cause analysis; implement on-call coverage, escalation paths, and documented runbooks to minimize resolution time. Audit and harden network configurations (loop protection, storm control, STP, MC-LAG peer health) across all sites. Define and enforce network hardware/firmware standards, replacing current ad-hoc per-site configurations. Maintain IP addressing, VLAN architecture, and workstation/server/security/guest segmentation. Evaluate and manage zero-trust remote access tooling (Tailscale, Cloudflare, Zscaler, etc.) to meet security and monitoring requirements.
