As a Senior People Partner, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing people strategies that drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience


• Collaborating with senior leaders to drive organizational change and influence business decisions


• Providing coaching and guidance to people managers to enhance their leadership capabilities


• Analyzing people data and metrics to inform business decisions and drive people strategies


• Developing and managing people programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and enhance employee experience


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in people operations, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in the people function. You are utilizing your technical skills in areas such as artificial intelligence, real estate, and equity, as well as your soft skills in coaching, influencing, and communication, to drive business results.
