You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining performance testing frameworks, creating realistic load, stress, and endurance scenarios, analyzing system behavior, and identifying performance bottlenecks in microservices-based, Kubernetes, and cloud-native environments.Working closely with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams, you will help ensure our products meet the highest standards for performance, reliability, and scalability.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex performance challenges, working with modern technologies, driving automation, and promoting performance excellence across large-scale enterprise applications.How will you make an impact?In this role, you will be responsible for:Designing and automating complex performance, load, stress, and endurance test scenarios using Python and pytestDeveloping load generators, stress tools, and performance analysis utilitiesBuilding and maintaining performance dashboards, monitoring, and alerting solutionsAnalyzing application and infrastructure performance to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunitiesInvestigating and troubleshooting performance issues across distributed systemsResearching, evaluating, and implementing new performance testing techniques and toolsCollaborating closely with Development, DevOps, and Architecture teams to improve product performance, scalability, and reliability
