As a Senior Process Engineer, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and optimizing semiconductor manufacturing processes to improve yield, throughput, and quality


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and manufacturing engineers to drive process improvements


• Designing and implementing automation solutions to enhance process efficiency and reduce variability


• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance and support to ensure knowledge sharing and skill development


• Conducting research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement and implementing changes to achieve desired outcomes


• Developing and maintaining scripts and tools to support process engineering activities, such as data analysis and automation


• Partnering with equipment engineers to develop and implement new equipment solutions to support process requirements.
