We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the Incentives domain within the Rides team and lead strategy and execution for our supply-side incentives program. In this role, you will own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the systems and experiences that drive driver engagement, retention, and growth across our platform. Bolt's supply incentives are a core growth lever — they shape driver behaviour, marketplace health, and ultimately the reliability our riders depend on. You will work at the intersection of product, data science, growth, and operations to build scalable, high-impact incentive systems that balance business economics with driver satisfaction.
