Reporting directly to the Quality Director, you will oversee EE component quality throughout their lifecycle. This role involves working with suppliers across China and Southeast Asia to manage EE supplier performance and end-to-end quality. More specifically, you will cover supplier and product auditing, new product and process quality planning & development, CAPA, supplier production management, field data statistical analysis, quality issue resolution and continuous improvement. This is an onsite position that requires onsite presence at our Shenzhen office to maintain effective collaboration across teams.   What You’ll Do: - Serve as a primary contributor within the Product Development Process (PDP), fulfilling QE and NPI responsibilities to mitigate product and process risks via FMEA, DFM, MSA, and CPK. Oversee quality planning and ensure the submission of essential documentation, including QCP and SIP - Root causing issues using 5Why, fish-borne chart and 8D throughout PDP and mass production - Manage supplier ECN change - Conduct supplier audits of both QMS and critical process, for new supplier selection and ongoing compliance - Continuous improvement using PDCA/DMAIC methodology, drive process improvement for higher yield/UPPH - Production site management to support on-time shipment About You: - Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering with strong EE background - Minimum 10 years of experience in Quality Engineering of product and process, esp. FATP of products involving both electronics and mechanics. Proficient in PPAP and above mentioned tools/methodology - Solid quality data analytical capabilities - Experienced in EE product failure analysis and rootcausing - Fluent oral English and influencing skills working with suppliers and global XFN teams. Ability and willingness to travel frequently in China and SEA Preferred Experience: - Background of NPI and E-bike/automobile industries - 6Sigma GB certification or above by ASQ or equivalent - Experience in Cloud database and SQL #LI-Onsite #LI-MW1 If you want to make an impact, Lime is the place for you.
