This is an extremely unique opportunity to join our small but mighty recruiting team here at Hermeus. We are the ones responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring the next great engineer, manufacturer, or people ops person. A lot rides on our shoulders - what we do sets the trajectory for what's possible at Hermeus --- through the people we find and hire. No other recruiting opportunity in the aerospace/newspace arena is quite as unique as what Hermeus is doing. You'll learn what truly special company culture feels like, all while recruiting best-in-the-world people across all disciplines.
