Your day-to-day activities involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and operations, to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key responsibilities include:
  • Designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to detect anomalies and prevent fraudulent activities

  • Developing and maintaining databases and data systems to support risk management and compliance initiatives

  • Collaborating with stakeholders to implement and optimize classification algorithms and risk scoring models

  • Analyzing data to identify trends, patterns, and insights, informing risk management strategies

  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, reports, and dashboards to communicate risk and compliance metrics

  • Working closely with the engineering team to integrate risk management and compliance solutions into our products and services

  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory requirements, and emerging risks, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our risk management and compliance capabilities. You report to the Director of Risk and Compliance, working closely with a dynamic team of engineers, data scientists, and compliance experts, leveraging your technical expertise, including SQL, machine learning, and engineering productivity, to drive results.
