Senior Software Engineer - Design Systems

Contributing, maintaining, and expanding critical design component libraries and capabilities supporting hundreds of internal users (React) Implementing AI solutions, when appropriate, that measurably accelerate product design workflows Be the engineering lead on projects, working from ideation to implementation to rollout Conducting internal user-research to gather insights to inform prioritization and feature development Completing medium to large features independently without guidance Be the primary point of contact for support requests related to the Design System portfolio Work with designers and engineers across other teams to maintain the integrity and reliability of the Design System portfolio. Participate in on-call rotation to continue to meet our critical SLAs Conducting design and code reviews 7+ years of professional experience designing, building, and shipping software Experience with single page applications architecture, patterns, and design Experience fetching data from GraphQL and REST APIs Experience with client-side instrumentation and observability Proven ability to lead projects and clearly and effectively communicate with partners Strong project scoping and project management skills Able to design, architect, debug, test, and create well-documented code Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
