You are responsible for leading the development of Java-based backend systems, driving results through the design, development, and maintenance of infrastructure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and developing scalable, secure, and high-performing backend systems using Java


• Collaborating with the infrastructure team to ensure seamless integration and deployment


• Driving results through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement


• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth and development of the team


• Participating in code reviews and ensuring high-quality code standards


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying knowledge of physics to optimize system performance


• Communicating complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, leveraging strong English skills to facilitate collaboration.
