You're not just curious about AI; AI is already how you work. You use it to design, code, debug, and accelerate yourself daily, and you have strong opinions on how to apply it to product engineering.This is a builder role. You'll lead technical initiatives end-to-end, design systems from scratch, break ambiguous problems into shippable work, and mentor strong engineers around you.What you'll doLead the design and delivery of complex, multi-component features across our cloud-native platform. Own the architecture for new product areas- make the hard trade-offs, write the design docs, and drive them through review. Break down vague, AI-shaped problems into concrete engineering work and ship them. Build and operate systems running at meaningful scale on Kubernetes. Raise the engineering bar through code review, mentorship, and applying AI tooling to how the team works.
