Senior Software Engineer

Design and develop scalable services and APIs that power the Agent Registry and governance experiences across Agent 365. Drive the design and implementation of capabilities for agent registration, inventory, lifecycle management, governance, and administration. Lead end-to-end delivery of platform features and services, from technical design through implementation, deployment, and live-site operations. Build reliable, secure, and extensible platform components that support first-party and third-party integrations. Design and implement governance capabilities such as policy evaluation, auditability, metadata management, lifecycle controls, and enforcement workflows. Improve the scalability, reliability, performance, security, and observability of production services. Collaborate with product managers, designers, architects, and partner engineering teams to translate customer and platform requirements into robust, well-designed solutions. Contribute to technical design reviews, architecture discussions, and engineering best practices, and mentor engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and technical guidance. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 7+ years of professional software engineering experience building scalable services, APIs, distributed systems, or cloud applications. Experience designing, developing, and operating production software and services. Experience driving technical design and delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple services or components. Experience with software engineering fundamentals, including coding, debugging, testing, performance optimization, and code quality. Experience with cloud platforms, distributed systems, data platforms, search technologies, or large-scale backend services. Ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines and influence technical decisions across teams. Passion for building reliable, scalable platforms that enable customers and partners to succeed. Experience developing cloud services and applications using C# and .NET. Experience with Azure, React, and modern web application development. Experience building scalable APIs, distributed systems, or large-scale backend services.
