Role Overview DroneDeploy is looking for a Senior Solution Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor across the customer lifecycle, helping customers design, validate, and deploy solutions that solve real-world operational challenges. This role reports to the Senior Director of Solutions Engineering and sits within a team of technical specialists who support both pre-sales and post-sales work across complex, high-value customer programs. You will partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to translate business goals, field constraints, and technical requirements into scalable solutions on the DroneDeploy platform. The role spans discovery, solution architecture, demonstrations, proof of concepts, deployments, integrations, training, and ongoing optimization.
