Senior Staff Software Engineer - AI Governance

Serve as a deep technical expert across the AI Governance platform, capable of contributing to and troubleshooting any major component of the system. Drive technical strategy, architecture decisions, and platform evolution based on a strong understanding of AI Governance, distributed systems, and enterprise-scale software. Partner with Product, Architecture, and Engineering leaders to translate long-term vision into actionable technical roadmaps. Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and highly available services supporting AI governance, observability, controls, and agent runtime management. Provide technical leadership across multiple initiatives and engineering teams, driving alignment and execution. Mentor engineers and elevate engineering excellence through architecture reviews, design guidance, and best practices. Tackle ambiguous, open-ended problems and drive them from concept through implementation. Champion performance, reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence across the platform. Drive adoption of emerging technologies and engineering practices that improve platform capabilities and developer productivity. Collaborate closely with Product, Design, QA, and Operations to deliver customer-centric outcomes. Contribute to incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous platform improvement. Foster strong cross-functional partnerships and act as a trusted technical leader across the organization.
