Senior Supply Chain Planner

Perform rough-cut capacity planning (in conjunction with Server, Network, and Component management) and supply smoothing to define the Supply Plan of Record, translating this into long-term (1-4 years) supply plans for Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 Suppliers. Provide clear reporting insights and analytics on demand forecast accuracy, volatility, and execution to the Supply Plan of Record, working with Capacity Planning and Operations teams to identify root causes and implement solutions to mitigate issues. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Capacity Planning teams on the timing and availability of product transitions to plan for platform end of life (minimizing E&O inventory) and ramp up of new platforms. Define inventory buffer targets (in collaboration with Component Planning) and strategies based on historical usage and forecast, articulating financial risks/liabilities associated with said buffers. Perform scenario analysis to understand the impact of component shortages, demand upside/downside, etc., on the Supply Plan of Record. Partner with systems engineering teams to develop a supply planning automation roadmap to support increasing scale and complexity. Measure supply planning inputs, drive demand plan accountability, and set supportability expectations with capacity planning teams. Foster collaborative relationships with Capacity Planning, Server and Component Planning, Finance, and Systems Engineering teams. Use industry intelligence and long-range demand projections to demonstrate market share status and the business impact of anticipated growth. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 7+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 5+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, materials requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 12+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR Master's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Analytics, or related field AND 8+ years supply planning, operations, supply chain, indirect supply planning, technology-related supply chain, sourcing and manufacturing, Sales & Operations Planning, material requirement planning systems and tools, quantitative & qualitative analysis in cross functional or organizational enterprise environment, or related experience OR equivalent experience. Cloud/Hyperscale Supply Chain experience. Experience with ERP systems such as SAP. Strong understanding of S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Strategic thinker with business acumen and solid problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and organizational abilities. Demonstrated ability to resolve challenges in ambiguous situations and influence others effectively. Experience in a high-growth and fast-paced work environment.
