Senior Supply Chain Program Manager

Drive the identification, prioritization, and realization of AI-native architecture patterns and practices across the Cloud and AI (C+AI) supply chain. Connect business needs to intelligent workflows and contextual intelligence to deliver measurable efficiency, scalability, and continuous improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement supply chain strategies using data-driven solutions. Foster innovation and operational excellence through the application of advanced methodologies. Align global teams and stakeholders to streamline supply chain operations, leading to end-to-end enhancemen Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 3+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 4+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. Master's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field AND 8+ years experience in end-to-end supply chain processes (e.g., planning, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment) and working across functions to deliver program outcomes OR equivalent experience. Six Sigma Certification Experience leading large-scale business transformation, AI adoption, digital modernization, or process improvement initiatives across complex supply chain or operational environments. Strong understanding of data-driven decision making, knowledge management, business intelligence, and the role of contextual information in enabling effective AI and intelligent workflows. Demonstrated success identifying, scaling, and institutionalizing best practices through governance, operating models, training programs, and organizational change management. Expertise in applying continuous improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks to drive outcomes. Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders, translating business challenges into AI-enabled opportunities.
