Senior Technical Program Managemer

Lead medium-to-large scale reporting modernization and finance transformation initiatives. Define program vision, strategy, objectives, roadmaps, and success metrics. Drive end-to-end solution delivery from discovery through implementation and adoption. Manage complex project plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations. Ensure successful execution across multiple partner teams. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, Business, or related field AND 4+ years experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines. 2+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience in technical program management, project management, software engineering, data analytics, business intelligence, or related disciplines. 6+ years of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects. 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos). Experience supporting Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Reporting, or Business Operations functions. Experience with Power BI, SQL, Azure data platforms, SAP, or enterprise financial systems. Experience leading reporting modernization or business transformation initiatives. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and Azure DevOps. Experience implementing automation and AI-enabled business solutions. Experience managing programs involving financial reporting, forecast reporting, budget planning, headcount, or operational performance reporting. Develop business cases and prioritize investments based on impact and customer value. Ensure solutions deliver high-quality, trusted, and actionable financial insights. Build trusted relationships across Finance, Engineering, and Leadership teams.
