• Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements


• Conducting audits and assessments to ensure compliance with CAPA, SPC, and other quality management principles


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and testing, to identify and mitigate quality risks


• Analyzing quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement, driving continuous improvement initiatives


• Providing training and guidance to personnel on quality procedures and standards, promoting a culture of quality excellence


• Managing and resolving quality-related issues, including non-conforming products and customer complaints


• Reporting to senior management on quality performance and metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
