You are responsible for driving the design, development, and implementation of scalable, efficient, and reliable systems, focusing on service, release engineering, and CI/CD pipelines. Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with development teams to design and implement automated testing and deployment scripts using tools like Terraform and Chef
- Developing and maintaining infrastructure as code, ensuring consistency and repeatability across environments
- Troubleshooting complex technical issues, identifying root causes, and implementing fixes that prevent future occurrences
- Participating in on-call rotations, providing 24/7 support for critical systems and services
- Analyzing system performance, identifying bottlenecks, and optimizing configurations for improved reliability and speed
