We're building DeepL's GTM engine on a modern, AI-first stack. We need someone who can design and build the workflows that turn target accounts into pipeline, connecting marketing data, sales activity, and AI agents into one coherent system. You'll manage how target accounts get identified and prioritised, how signals get activated, how AI agents make decisions on each account, and how all of it feeds back into pipeline. You're hands-on. You translate strategy into running plumbing across Marketing and SDR Operations, with ABM at the centre.
