Social Media Lead

Rylo is looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Lead to own our social media presence, grow and engage our community, and drive our influencer strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands content, advocacy, and community-building, and can represent Rylo authentically across digital platforms and in-person events.On a day-to-day basis, you will:Own the strategy, execution, and performance of Rylo’s social media channels, including LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Meta, TikTok, and more.Plan and manage content calendars, creating platform-specific content that drives growth, engagement, brand awareness, and product adoption.Collaborate with creative and editorial teams to develop compelling content, campaigns, and brand storytelling.Monitor social trends, audience sentiment, and industry conversations to keep Rylo relevant and culturally attuned.Grow Rylo’s visibility through community-building, partnerships, advocacy initiatives, and influencer collaborations.Represent Rylo at industry events, conferences, panels, and networking opportunities.Analyze social and campaign performance, applying insights to improve content, engagement, and conversions.
