Software Engineer and Senior Software Engineer

The Identity Kubernetes Platform team is driving the transformation of Identity services onto a modern Kubernetes-based platform, enabling secure, reliable, and efficient hosting for critical authentication and access management services used by billions of customers worldwide. - Develop automation and fleet management solutions that improve platform resilience, accelerate safe rollouts, and simplify recovery from complex production incidents. - Improve platform reliability, security, observability, and operational excellence through engineering-driven solutions and continuous service improvement. - Design and build cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, containers, distributed systems, and infrastructure automation technologies. - Use production insights and customer feedback to drive platform investments that improve scalability, performance, and developer productivity. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND proven software engineering experience, or equivalent experience. Experience designing, developing, and maintaining production software using C#, .NET, or similar object-oriented programming languages. Experience building cloud-native or distributed systems, with an understanding of reliability, security, scalability, and service operations. - Experience working with cloud platforms, infrastructure technologies, or platform engineering concepts, including Kubernetes, containers, networking, or infrastructure automation.
