Own customer-impacting technical problems from identification through resolution, driving alignment across multiple engineering teams and ensuring long-term improvements to service reliability and resiliency. Design and implement solutions that improve the migration, protection, recovery, and operational experience of workloads running in Azure, with a focus on availability, disaster recovery, and automation. Lead investigations into complex service issues, analyze system and operational data to determine root cause, and translate lessons learned into engineering investments that improve platform health and customer outcomes. Partner with teams across Azure to identify dependencies, remove blockers, influence technical direction, and deliver capabilities to sovereign and air-gapped cloud environments. Champion operational excellence by improving service observability, incident readiness, resiliency validation, and recovery processes for mission-critical workloads.
