Your day-to-day activities involve working closely with the product, engineering, and customer success teams to identify and prioritize product enhancements, developing and maintaining technical documentation, and providing expert product knowledge to internal stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with the product team to design and develop AI-powered solutions for the housing industry


• Developing and delivering training programs to ensure successful onboarding and adoption of EliseAI's products


• Providing technical support and escalation assistance to customers and internal stakeholders


• Conducting regular product maintenance and updates to ensure optimal performance and user experience


• Analyzing industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and innovation


• Working with the engineering team to resolve technical issues and improve product functionality


• Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts. You are utilizing your technical skills in CAD, Artificial Intelligence, and escalation procedures, as well as your soft skills in communication, collaboration, and problem-solving, to drive success in this role.
