Solution Engineer / Professional Services Consultant

As a Professional Services Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in driving client success by leveraging your technical expertise and business acumen. You will guide clients through platform deployment—including configuring conversational AI agents—ensure their needs are met, and identify opportunities for growth and expanded usage.What You'll DoCollaborated closely with cross-functional teams across the organisation, conducting in-depth analysis of field-raised issues, providing temporary workarounds, and partnering with DevOps, R&D, Professional Services, and Product teams to drive permanent solutions and product improvements.Collect and structure clients' needs (technical and functional) to ensure solutions align with their business objectivesAnalyse, prepare, and validate data necessary for solution deploymentConfigure the platform to fit client needs—build, design, and refine AI ApplicationsGuide and train clients in platform deployment, ensuring smooth implementationFacilitate workshops, deliver user training, and support change managementTroubleshoot issues and answer customer tickets within Professional Services scopeCoordinate internally with sales & pre-sales, product, marketing, and engineering teams
