As a Solutions Architect, you will partner closely with prospective and existing customers to understand their security and data protection challenges, design effective solutions, and demonstrate the value of the Cyera platform.You will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to drive successful evaluations, accelerate customer adoption, and influence product direction based on customer feedback.This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic consulting, solution design, and exceptional communication skills.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer environments, business objectives, security challenges, and compliance requirements.Design and present tailored Cyera solutions that address customer data security, governance, and risk management needs.Conduct product demonstrations, technical workshops, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and architecture reviews.Guide customers through deployment planning, integration design, and operational best practices.Collaborate with Account Executives to support the sales process and drive technical win strategies.Serve as the primary technical advisor during evaluations and onboarding engagements.Partner with Customer Success to ensure successful adoption and long-term customer value realization.Develop and maintain expertise in cloud platforms, data security technologies, identity systems, and security architectures.Gather customer requirements and communicate product enhancement opportunities to Product and Engineering teams.Create technical documentation, reference architectures, and enablement materials.Represent Cyera at industry events, webinars, customer meetings, and conferences.
