CaptivateIQ’s Professional Services team builds the highest-impact implementations for our most strategic and complex customers. We are looking for a highly skilled Professional Services Architect who brings deep technical expertise, strong consultative instincts, and the ability to turn sophisticated compensation plans into scalable, high-performance solutions. This is one of the most senior individual-contributor roles on our team. You will be the principal architect responsible for the end-to-end design and modeling of complex compensation structures—often for hundreds or thousands of end users.
