As a Sourcing Manager, your key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing strategic sourcing plans to meet production demands and reduce costs


• Collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize sourcing needs, and working with suppliers to negotiate contracts and agreements


• Analyzing market trends and supplier performance to optimize procurement processes and mitigate risks


• Utilizing PowerBI to drive data-driven decision making and track key performance indicators


• Managing and maintaining accurate records of supplier information, contracts, and procurement activities


• Coordinating with the production planning team to ensure alignment with production schedules and material requirements


• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
