Specialist, Business Support (6 Months Contract)

The Opportunity The Payment Operations Specialist, based in the Philippines, supports the day-to-day operations of Coda’s payment processes within the wider B2B Operations organization. This role will focus on ensuring payment-related operational activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and within agreed timelines. The specialist will work closely with internal teams including Payments, Finance, Compliance, Commercial Operations, and external stakeholders such as payment providers to manage operational requests, investigate issues, and ensure smooth execution of payment processes. This is a 6-month contractor role, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position within the wider B2B Operations organization, depending on business needs and the individual's performance.
