The Specialist, Population Health Impact reports directly to the Director of Strategic Alignment within the Population Health Impact team. The Specialist is responsible for building, supporting, and sustaining organizational capacity in population health by developing impactful learning resources and educational materials, and facilitating employee orientation sessions. To increase awareness and visibility across Aledae, the Specialist manages the centralized team intake process, facilitates follow up for those requests and oversees end-to-end team communications throughout the year—including drafting, coordinating contributions, managing content, and distributing communications. The Specialist also serves as a key contact for Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), supporting the annual ERG impACT project and providing ongoing assistance to ERG leadership.
