Sr. Collections Strategy Manager

About This Role: Sitting at the intersection of analytics, technology, and deep domain expertise, you will translate consumer and portfolio signals into sophisticated, tech-enabled collection strategies. Reporting to the Senior Director of Business Planning, your critical goal is to design, launch, and optimize multidimensional strategies across email, SMS, dialing, and digital self-service channels to boost liquidation, drive payment conversion, and elevate operational performance.
