As a Sr. DFT Engineer, your day-to-day activities involve:

• Designing and implementing DFT architectures for complex ASICs and SoCs


• Developing and validating test insertion and pattern generation methodologies


• Collaborating with physical design teams to ensure DFT compliance and optimal testability
