Working closely with cross-functional and regional stakeholders, you will establish repeatable frameworks, strengthen marketing capabilities, and position partner marketing as a sustainable, measurable growth engine across diverse markets and partner ecosystems. Lead complex marketing projects and initiatives to drive business growth Resolve complex marketing problems and develop innovative solutions Determine methods and procedures for new marketing assignments Implement global process improvements to enhance marketing effectiveness Collaborate with senior leadership to align marketing strategies with business goals Provide thought leadership and expertise in marketing best practices The role will partner closely with Product, Commercial, Sales, CRM, Analytics and regional teams to develop go-to-market plans, coordinate multi-channel campaign execution, and measure and optimize performance. Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for priority cross-border products, markets, customer segments and commercial initiatives. Translate merchant, market and performance insights into clear positioning, messaging, campaign briefs and growth opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate go-to-market activity across paid, owned, partner and in-product channels. Define success metrics, monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisations to improve business impact and return on investment. Support marketing budget planning, agency management and scalable ways of working across global and regional teams. Influence senior stakeholders through clear recommendations, performance updates and data-backed business cases. Build and institutionalize repeatable partner marketing playbooks, including co-marketing frameworks, partner value propositions, activation models, and performance management approaches. Develop and execute regional social media strategies aligned with field marketing, partner marketing, and paid media objectives. Establish governance models, operating rhythms, and measurement frameworks to ensure consistent execution and scalable growth across markets. 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience. Collaborate closely with General Managers, Product, Go-to-Market, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Operations, and Global Marketing teams to drive business outcomes. Influence and align stakeholders across multiple functions and geographies, often without direct authority, to deliver strategic priorities. Act as a trusted advisor to regional leaders on partner marketing, field marketing, and paid media strategy. Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. 8+ years of experience in marketing, growth marketing, partner marketing, performance marketing, field marketing, or related disciplines. Proven success in developing and executing multi-market marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes. Strong expertise across multiple marketing disciplines, including paid media, partner marketing, field marketing, social media, CRM, lifecycle marketing, digital marketing, and web marketing. Experience managing marketing budgets, investments, and performance metrics, with a focus on optimizing acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue growth. Demonstrated ability to leverage data, insights, and analytics to inform strategy, measure effectiveness, and improve ROI. Proven track record of leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders across diverse functions, geographies, and cultures. Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business priorities into scalable marketing programs. Experience in high-growth technology, fintech, payments, e-commerce, digital platforms, or related industries is preferred. Experience marketing within key verticals such as Travel, Retail, Gaming, and B2B is highly desirable. Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel partnerships, and indirect growth models. Experience working across international markets, particularly within Asia, the Middle East & Africa (MEA), and Latin America (LATAM). Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive alignment without direct authority.
