Your day-to-day activities will include developing and implementing metrology strategies, performing tolerance analysis, and designing inspection plans to ensure compliance with critical design requirements. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining GD&T and tolerance analysis expertise to drive design for manufacturability and assembly


• Collaborating with design teams to ensure design Intent is properly translated into manufacturing and inspection requirements


• Creating and implementing inspection plans and procedures to ensure product quality and repeatability


• Working closely with suppliers to develop and qualify new inspection methodologies and technologies


• Analyzing and resolving complex metrology and inspection issues using artificial intelligence and robotics expertise


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in metrology and inspection to continuously improve our processes


• Mentoring junior engineers and providing technical guidance to the team.
