Your day-to-day activities as a Sr. Staff Engineer, QA involve:

• Designing and implementing robust test frameworks using Docker and Microsoft Azure, ensuring seamless integration and deployment


• Developing and maintaining complex SQL scripts to analyze and optimize data storage and retrieval


• Creating and executing comprehensive test plans, identifying and mitigating potential risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards


• Mentoring junior engineers, providing guidance on test strategy and best practices, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing


• Collaborating with development teams to identify and resolve defects, and ensuring that products meet the highest quality standards


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our products and processes


• Participating in agile development methodologies, such as sprint planning and retrospectives, to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
