As a Sr. Workday Integrations Analyst at Harvey, your primary responsibilities include:
  • Designing and implementing Workday integration solutions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including professional services, audit, and compliance, to identify and prioritize integration needs

  • Developing and maintaining technical documentation, guides, and knowledge bases to support Workday integration processes

  • Conducting thorough testing and quality assurance to ensure seamless integration and data integrity

  • Analyzing and resolving complex integration issues, using artificial intelligence and data analytics to inform decision-making

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest Workday releases, features, and best practices, applying this knowledge to optimize our integration strategies

  • Providing expert guidance and support to internal stakeholders, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. You will be working closely with our professional services team, reporting to the Director of Integration Services, and contributing to the development of our integration roadmap.
