As a Staff Backend AI Platform Engineer, your primary responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying scalable backend services, leveraging technologies such as orchestration, ML infrastructure, Airflow, and Service, to drive the Agentic AI Platform forward. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining large-scale backend services that power our AI platform, ensuring high availability, scalability, and reliability


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement multi-agent orchestration and outcome-based workflows


• Building and optimizing ML infrastructure to support reasoning-driven agents and other AI-powered capabilities


• Working with Airflow to manage and automate workflows, ensuring seamless execution and monitoring


• Participating in service design and development, focusing on software as a service principles to deliver exceptional customer experiences


• Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to the growth and development of the engineering team


• Collaborating with product management to define and prioritize platform requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives. You are working closely with a talented team of engineers, product managers, and designers, and your day-to-day activities involve coding, testing, and deploying software, as well as participating in design discussions and contributing to the development of our AI platform.
