Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing and implementing predictive models that enhance customer health scores and revenue dashboards, developing and deploying infrastructure that supports natural language understanding and experimentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into product development. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and deploying large-scale machine learning models using Python and associated technologies


• Designing and maintaining the infrastructure to support data science projects, ensuring scalability and reliability


• Applying causal reasoning and diagnostics to understand the impact of product features on customer engagement


• Collaborating with product and engineering teams to integrate data-driven insights into product development


• Analyzing customer behavior and developing predictive models to enhance customer engagement and productivity


• Working closely with the data engineering team to design and implement data pipelines that support data science initiatives


• Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in GenAI, MLOps, and LLMOps to continuously improve our data science capabilities.
