As a Staff Full Stack Engineer, your key responsibilities include:
  • Developing high-quality, reusable, and modular code that adheres to industry standards and best practices, ensuring the delivery of top-notch products and solutions

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Quality Assurance, to identify and prioritize project requirements, and drive the development process forward

  • Designing and implementing Smart Contracts and blockchain-based solutions that meet the needs of Fireblocks' clients and partners, while ensuring the security, scalability, and reliability of these systems

  • Participating in code reviews, providing constructive feedback, and contributing to the improvement of the overall codebase and development processes

  • Staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in blockchain technology, attending industry conferences, and applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth within the company

  • Mentoring junior engineers, sharing knowledge and expertise, and helping to foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
