Your day-to-day activities as a Staff Hardware Validation Engineer involve designing and developing test plans, executing validation tests, and collaborating with the design and engineering teams to identify and resolve issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Designing, developing, and executing comprehensive validation plans for hardware products, including PCB design and Ethernet interfaces


• Developing and maintaining test automation frameworks using Python and other programming languages


• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, and software development, to identify and resolve issues


• Analyzing and debugging complex hardware issues, and providing technical leadership and guidance to junior engineers


• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including test plans, test reports, and validation reports


• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and applying that knowledge to improve validation methodologies and techniques


• Participating in design reviews and providing feedback on design for testability and validation. You will be working in a dynamic and collaborative environment, reporting to the Engineering Manager, and interacting closely with other teams, including software development, design, and product management.
